I. Description Of The Subject Of The Order Construction, Reconstruction, Renovation Of Sidewalks And Bicycle Paths As Part Of The Investment Task Titled Construction And Reconstruction Of Sidewalks And Bicycle Paths In Dąbrowa Górnicza And The Tasks Titled Renovations Of Selected Sections Of Roads And Sidewalks. 1. The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Successive Construction, Reconstruction And Renovation Of Sidewalks And Bicycle Paths, Resulting From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Anticipates That Individual Works Will Be Commissioned Depending On The Scope Of The Task And Current Needs And Will Consist In Carrying Out The Following Works: A. Demolition; B. Measurement Works - Sidewalk Route/Bicycle Path In The Field; C. Earthworks Performed Mechanically; D. Earthworks Performed Manually; E. Construction Of Sand Cutting Layers; F. Construction Of Foundation Layers From Crushed Aggregate; G. Laying The Binding Layer; H. Laying The Wearing Course; I. Laying The Surface With Concrete Paving Stones With A Thickness Of 8 Cm, On Cement And Sand Bedding; J. Concrete Edge With Dimensions 30X8 Cm Mounted On A Concrete Bench With C12/15 Concrete Support; K. Laying The Road Curb On A Concrete Footing; L. Reproductions; M. Horizontal Marking Of Thin-Layer And Thick-Layer Chemically Cured Bituminous Surfaces; N. Laying The Palisade; O. Linear Drainage; P. Construction Of Embankments; R. Topsoiling With Sowing; S. Other Works Resulting From The Execution Of The Order, Necessary For Its Proper Execution. 2. The Order Will Be Implemented On The Basis Of: 1) Specifications Of The Terms Of The Order, 2) Provisions Contained In The Content Of The Future Contract, 3) Bills Of Quantities, 4) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works. 3. The Order Must Be Implemented In Accordance With: 1) The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law, 2) The Act Of March 21, 1985 On Public Roads, 3) The Regulation Of The Minister Of Labor And Social Policy Of September 26, 1997 On General Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, 4) Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law, 5) The Detailed Scope Of Works To Be Carried Out Was Described In The Bill Of Quantities, Stwior, Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz. Note: Whenever Legal Acts Are Indicated In This Specification Of Procurement Terms (Hereinafter Referred To As Swz), It Should Be Assumed That They Have Been Referred To In The Version Valid As Of The Date Of Initiation Of The Proceedings In Question. Ii. Warranty And Warranty 1. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Work Performed In Accordance With The Offer Declaration For A Period Of 3, 4 Or 5 Years From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Of The Works By Both Parties. 2. The Contractors Liability Under The Warranty Extends To The Warranty Period. 3.
