Social Research Services - Mapping The Needs Of Young People In The Municipality Of Ruse, With A Focus On Locations With A Predominant Minority Population, And The Needs Of Local Businesses For Human Resources, To Find An Intersection Between Them And Make Informed, Justified Decisions By Stakeholders. The Service Includes The Implementation Of Mapping Activities, On The One Hand, Of The Needs Of Young People In Ruse Municipality, With A Focus On Locations With A Predominant Minority Population, And On The Other Hand, Of The Needs Of Local Businesses In Terms Of Human Resources. The Purpose Of The Mapping Is To Find An Intersection Between The Respective Needs Of The Youth And Businesses, As Direct Participants In The Local Labor Market, As Well As The Making Of Informed, Justified Decisions By The Relevant Stakeholders In This Direction. The Scope Of The Service Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities: Activity 1. Development Of A Methodology For Conducting Research, Including Office And Field, To Collect Data And Information About Youth And Local Businesses. Activity 2. Conducting A Survey And Analysis Of The Needs And Attitudes Of Young People In The Municipality Of Ruse, With A Focus On Locations With A Predominant Minority Population, For Their Personal And Professional Development In Terms Of Education, Career, Soft Skills, Participation In Public Life And Vulnerability, Interests And Preferences For Inclusion In The Centers Activities, Etc. In This Regard, The Content Of The Survey Questionnaire Should Have 5 Sections, As Follows: I. Section - Examines The Attitudes Of Young People Related To Their Education, Including Their Language And Digital Skills And Their Willingness To Learn, And Whether They Are In Employment, Education Or Training; Ii. A Section Oriented Towards Career Development Attitudes; Iii. Section-Directed To The Interests And Needs Of Young People To Develop Specific Soft Skills; Iv. A Section Aimed At The Knowledge And Experience Of Young People For Participation In Public Life. V. Section - Do The Surveyed Young People Define Themselves As Part Of Vulnerable Groups; Problems And Difficulties That They Consider Negative For Their Development; Individual Participation Preferences As Well As General Information About Habits, Gathering Places, Etc. The Survey Will Be Conducted In The Field, And The Filling Of The Questionnaire Will Be Carried Out With The Help Of The Staff Of The Youth Center And Its Project Partners, Among A Minimum Of 800 Young People, In The Form Of Live Interviews. The Selected Contractor Will Process And Analyze The Collected Data And Information And Provide The Same To The Center Team. Activity 3. Conducting An Online Survey And Analysis Of The Needs And Expectations Of Local Businesses In Relation To The Development Of Their Human Resources - At Least 200 Online Surveys Completed By Representatives Of Local Businesses. Activity 4. Mapping The Data And Information From The Surveys Conducted Under Activities 2 And 3 Within The Scope Of The Service And Creating An Interactive, Digital Map. When Creating The Interactive, Digital Map, Information On The Needs Of Young People In The Municipality Of Ruse, With A Focus On Locations With A Predominant Minority Population, And On The Needs Of Local Businesses In Terms Of Human Resources, Should Be Appropriately Presented. Activity 5. Conducting Two Trainings Of A Specialist
