Telephone And Data Transmission Services – Award Of A Service Concession In Conjunction With Economic Gap Funding For Nga Broadband Expansion In The Emmendingen District. The Aim Of The Emmendingen District Is To Ensure Comprehensive Nga Coverage In The District And To Provide The Still Underserved 746 Address Points With A Data Rate Of At Least 1 Gbit/S Symmetrically During Peak Load Conditions. For This Purpose, A Service Concession Is Awarded As Part Of The So-Called Economic Gap Funding, With Which The Planning, Construction And Operation Of An Nga Network Is To Be Transferred To A Telecommunications Company On The Basis Of A Grant Agreement. The Funding Provided In The Economic Gap Model (Hereinafter: Funds) Is To Be Passed On To The Commissioned Telecommunications Company In The Sense Of Eu State Aid Law As Investment Cost Aid For The Construction And Operation Of The Gigabit Network.
