Road Transport Services – Lpp-134/25 Execution Of Occasional Transports. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Operation Of Occasional Transport With Buses From 49 To 60 Passenger Seats (Hereinafter Also: Implementation Of Occasional Transport) For A Period Of Thirty-Six (36) Months. Occasional Passenger Transport Is Carried Out In Ljubljana, Across Slovenia And Also Across Europe. The Largest Volume Of Periodic Transport Is Carried Out In The Months Of April, May, June, September And October. When Preparing The Offer And When Performing The Subject Of The Public Procurement, The Tenderer Must Comply With All Applicable Legislation And Applicable Regulations Relating To The Subject Of The Public Procurement, Including Their Amendments And Additions During The Period Of Validity Of The Framework Agreement.
