The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For The Supply Of A Multi-Photon Microscope With The Possibility Of 3-Photon Excitement With Support For Optogenetic, Sensory And Electrophysiological Stimulation Tools As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Entitled Center For The Development Of Therapy For Civilization And Age-Related Diseases Co-Financed Under Priority 2 Of The European Funds For A Modern Economy 2021-2027 Program (Feng). 1.1 The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Funding Granted Under The Regulation Of The Minister Of Funds And Regional Policy Of September 27, 2023, On The Granting Of Financial Assistance By The Information Processing Center - National Research Institute Under The European Funds For The Modern Economy 2021-2027 Program, Based On Contract No. Feng.02.04-Ip.04-0005/24-00 Concluded Between The Information Processing Center - National Research Institute And The Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum. 1.2 Pursuant To Art. 257 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Proceedings In Question If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance The Contract Were Not Granted To It. 1.3 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Specifying The Functions, Technical Parameters And Required Conditions Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex A To The Swz, I.E. Functions, Technical Parameters And Required Conditions, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires That All Elements Proposed By The Contractor Are Compatible With Each Other And Ensure Full Functionality Without The Need For Additional Investments On The Part Of The Ordering Party. This Description Should Be Read Together With Any Changes To The Content Of The Swz, E.G. Resulting From The Answers Given To The Contractors Questions. 1.4 The Contractor Is Required To Submit, Along With The Offer, A Properly Completed Annex A To The Swz, I.E. Functions, Technical Parameters And Required Conditions Of The Subject Of The Order, Signed With A Qualified Electronic Signature. 2. Other Provisions Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Were Included In The Swz And Annexes To The Swz. 3.
