Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Eucf & Plaza, Planning Services For Technical Equipment, Conveyor Systems, Electrical Planning For Outdoor Facilities, Drainage Planning, Rainwater Management, Irrigation Planning & Well Technology Planning. As A Result Of The Flood Disaster In 2021, The Former City Forum In The City Of Euskirchen Was Flooded. The Damage Was So Significant That Reconstruction Was Not Economically Feasible. All Developments In The City South (New Construction Of The Town Hall, New Construction Of A Parking Garage, Development Of The City Forum And Other Measures) Represent A Flagship Project For The Urban Development Of The City Of Euskirchen As An Inner City Expansion South Of The Train Station Underpass. The Public Square Design, In Conjunction With The Design And Practical Integration Of The City Forum As An Event Hall, Therefore Has An Outstanding Position. In The Future, The Square Will Not Only Provide Access To The Adjacent Buildings And Usable Areas, But Also Be Used For Events, Possibly With An Outdoor Stage For The City Forum. The City Of Euskirchen Has Therefore Launched An Interdisciplinary Planning Competition For Architects And Landscape Architects To Build The New City Forum As An Event Venue With 1,200 Seats And To Design The Public Space. The Subject Of The Implementation Competition Was The Planning Of The New City Forum Of The City Of Euskirchen As An Event Location, As Well As A High-Quality Open Space Design Of The Public Green And Open Space In The Area Surrounding The Forum (Property Planning In The Service Profiles Of Buildings And Interiors As Well As Open Spaces). Following The Implementation Competition, The Planning Services Were Awarded To The Competition Winner For The Property Planning Service. In Addition To Property Planning, Further Specialist Planning And Consulting Services Are Required, Which Are Awarded In Several Award Procedures (Lots). The Subject Of This Award Procedure Is The Specialist Planning Services For The Technical Equipment Service, Including Conveyor Systems, Electrical Planning For The Outdoor Facilities, Drainage Planning, Rainwater Management, Irrigation Planning And Planning Of Fountain Technology For The Euskirchen City Forum And Plaza Project For The City Of Euskirchen.
