Construction Work – Helen Oy - Sa0-Itt-0501 Piping, Equipment Installation And Insulation Work. Helen Oys (Hereafter The Client) Requests Offers For The Pipeline Contractor Salmisaaaris A Facility. Helen Oy Is Building A District Heating Supplementary Water Plant On The Salmisaaari Site In Helsinki. The Project Is Named Sa0 Project. The Preliminary Scope Of The Procurement Is In Accordance With The Annexes To The Procurement Notice. The Contracting Form Of The Construction Works Is Client-Led Subcontracting, Where Helen Oy Exercises The Main Control Over The Project, I.E. Acts As The Client, Builder And Main Implementer Of The Project. The Preliminary Schedule Of The Contract (Executed On Site) Is 07.2026 - 11.2026. A More Detailed Schedule Will Be Specified Later. Broadly Speaking, This Contract Includes The Following Construction Works: • Procurement Of Piping And Bracket Material • Pre-Fabrication Work At The Contractors Workshop • Freight Of Piping And Bracket Material To The Construction Site • Hauling And Installation Of Equipment Purchased By The Customer To The Construction Site • Hauling, Installation Of Piping And Bracket Material And Inspections According To En 13480 At The Construction Site • Agreeing And Organizing The Exact Measurements Of The Equipment And Pipelines Before Final Fixing Of The Devices With The Measurement Service Acquired By The Customer • Inspections Including Possible Inspections Of The Notified Facility • Pipeline Insulation Optionally Procured: • Contract Including Scaffolding Work Or As An Alternative The Client Pays For The Scaffolding.
