Bids Are Invited For Replacement Of Relay Panels At 220 Kv Substation, Sarojini Nagar, Lucknow; Following works are to be done at Electy. 220 KV S/S Sarojini Nagar Lucknow with all cost of men, miscellaneous consumable items and T&P etc. for proper completion of work as bellow satisfactory with due care of safety in 220 KV Control Room/ Yard and as per instruction of supervising Engineer/ Incharge:- 1.00 Dismantling of following old Control/Relay panel installed in 220 KV Control Room by opening of cobles connections, earthing flats, nuts, bolts etc. including safe disconnection of Bus Bar protection scheme, synchronising scheme & TBC scheme and cable loop panel to panel cables connection etc. & making a new loop connection (temporary) for other heathiness of control/ relay panels as required. The work also includes identification of the control cables by providing suitable ferrules etc. for later use and safely shifting of the panels from control room to another place/ site store at 220 KV S/S. ( One job per feeder/Transformer). 1.10 220 KV Hardoi Road Feeder Relay Panel. 1.20 220 KV Dahichowki Feeder Relay Panel. 1.30 220 KV Kanpur Road Feeder Relay Panel. 1.40 220 KV Gomti Nagar Feeder Relay Panel. 1.50 Old UFR Panel (not in use) 1.60 Old LBB Panel EE make(not in use) 2.00 Installation of following new Control/ Relay Panels in control room after shifting from storage place , its grouting & earthing and termination of control cables in control/ relay panel as per cable schedule including providing & fixing cable gland of appropriate sizes and ferrules etc. with all other associate work as per technical specification including safe reconnection of Bus Bar protection scheme, synchronising scheme & TBC scheme and panel to panel loop cable connection etc. The work also includes control cable cables connection as required between control panel to relay panel looping. The commissioning of the control panel shall be done jointly with T&C wing including troubleshooting as needed/ necessary. Also inter connection diagram as per new control/ relay panel shall be submitted and got approved by the concerned supervising engineer /incharge before start of the work. After completion of the work schedule shall be provided as executed mensioning TB No. and ferrules for each control panel on A4 size 100gsm. with clear print. ( One job per feeder/Transformer). 2.10 220 KV Hardoi Road Feeder Relay Panel. 2.20 220 KV Dahichowki Feeder Relay Panel. 2.30 220 KV Kanpur Road Feeder Relay Panel. 2.40 220 KV Gomti Nagar Feeder Relay Panel. 3.00 Laying of 4C x 2.5sqmm copper control cable from switchyard equipment to different Control panel/ Relay Panel in control room with proper tagging, dressing, binding with clamp/tie on cable rack in tunnel and trench after opening of trench cover and its again recovering after completion of work. 4.00 Dismentling and removing of following size old and unused / damaged /defective/ burnt pvc control cable from different cable rack in 220/132 kv tunnel and trench. These cable are passing through cable tunnel rack & trench rack and trench rtc. The work also includes with due care/ carefully opening of its binding collecting, tracing, marking, rolls and shifting to site storage place along with opening of trench cover and re-covering after completetion of work satisfactorily :- 4.10 Old & Used 2 & 4 core x 2.5 Sq.mm. 4.20 Old & Used 6 core x 2.5 Sq.mm. 4.30 Old & Used 10 & 12 core x 2.5 Sq.mm.
