Bids Are Invited For Annual Maintenance For Work Of Cleaning Of 400 Kv Substation Division Office, Ae Office And Maintenance Of Lawn/Garden Near Division Office And Other Associated Works At 400 Kv Substatin Division Sarojini Nagar Lucknow; 1.00 "Daily Cleaning and Mopping of floors in Division Office Building including following rooms: a)E.E. Office, b) Account Section, c) General Section, d) A.E. Office, e) J.E. Office, f) Computer Room, g) Store, h) Water Cooler Room, i) T&C Office Rooms- 02 No. & Baramdah with wet cloth & Phenyl/ Disinfectant Liquid along with cleaning and removing of dirt and spider web from Almirahs, windows, doors, tables & chairs and ceiling and walls of Office. And daily cleaning of 03 Nos. Toilets (EE Office Room, Accounts Section & Common Washroom) with Phenyl / Harpic etc. including Daily Cleaning and Brooming of approach Road of Division Office between ETI Hostel and 400 KV S/S Main Gate, cleaning area around Main Division Building. Collection of all garbage from all over the Division campus area and throwing 100 Mtrs. Distance from Division office premises at designated Place including cost of all men and material excluding Sundays. (One Job for each month) " 2.00 "Daily Cleaning and Mopping of floors in Newly Constructed AE Office Building at 400 KV Sub-Station, Sarojini Nagar, Lucknow including following rooms: a)AE-I Office, b) AE-II Office, c)AE- T&C Office, d) JE Office , e) T&P Room & Baramdah with wet cloth & Phenyl/ Disinfectant Liquid along with cleaning and removing of dirt and spider web from Almirahs, windows, doors, tables & chairs and ceiling and walls of Office. And daily cleaning of 05 Nos. Toilets (AE-I, AE-II & AE-T&C Office Room, 01 No. Ladies Wahroom & 01 No. Common Washroom A with Phenyl / Harpic etc. (One Job for each month) " 3.00 " Monthly Maintenance of lawn grass around Division Office (approx.340 Sq.Mtr.) including weeding out of all undesired growths, watering trimming etc. using lawn mover. The work also includes monthly upkeep of flower bed by weeding out all undesired growths, watering, trimming etc. with the help of khurpi etc.( One Job for each Month)" 4.00 Supply and Planting of seasonal & long life floral plants, decorative trees etc. in place of dying plants/ trees including looking after for three months with all cost of men materials and T&P required to complete the job satisfactorily as below:- 4.10 Supply and Planting of different seasonal plants at lest 30 cm. to 40 cm. tall, well rooted, fresh healthy of good shape on quarterly basis (15 Plants for each quarter). 4.20 Supply and Planting of different long life flower like Roses, lily, Marigold etc. of different well rooted, fresh healthy of good shape on yearly basis.
