The Order Covers The Execution Of Works To The Extent And Type Specified In The Design Documentation, Including: 1) Performance Of Construction Works, Including In Particular: A) Preparatory Works - Preparation Of The Area For The Reconstruction Of The Existing Playground; B) Profiling And Mechanical Compaction Of The Substrate For Construction Layers, C) Dismantling And Disposal Of Materials Generated During Construction Works; D) Replacement Of Parts (Part Of) The Existing Fence In The Northern And Western Parts And Renovation Of The Remaining Part Of The Existing Fence (Cleaning And Repainting); E) Construction Of A Mineral Surface With A Total Area Of 113.5 M², A Stone Pavement With A Total Area Of 5 M², A Safe Surface - Sand With A Total Area Of 26 M², A Safe Surface - Gravel - With A Total Area Of 76.15 M², Safe Synthetic Surface With A Total Area Of 109 M²; F) Delivery And Installation Of Play Equipment, Such As: – U1 - House With A Telescope, – U2 - Rocker, – U3 – Swing, – U4 – Slide, – U5 – Storks Nest Swing, – U6 – Trampoline, – U7 – Nest, – U8 – Linarium, – U10 – Regulation Board, – U11 – Bench With Backrest And Armrests, – U12 – Waste Bin, – U13 – Bicycle Rack, – U14 – Feeder; 2) Preparation Of As-Built Acceptance Documentation, Which The Contractor Will Provide To The Ordering Party In Paper Form - 2 Copies And In Electronic Form In .Pdf Format On A Usb/Cd Drive – 1 Copy 3) As-Built Inventory Of Planted Trees, Prepared In 2 Copies In Paper Form And 1 Copy In Electronic Form In .Pdf Format On A Usb/Cd Drive, In A Previously Agreed Arrangement With The Ordering Party, Including: A List Of Planted Trees With The Exact Date Of Planting, Species, Maps Marking The Planting Location Along With Photographic Documentation. In Addition, And How Much To Perform The Works Included In The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Necessary To Perform Other Activities, Submit Applications Or Obtain Decisions And Permits, The Contractor Will Perform These Activities, Submit Applications And Obtain The Necessary Decisions And Permits At Its Own Expense And Efforts.
