5.1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Replacement Of Structured Cabling In The Cmkp Building Complex, Located At Ul. Marymoncka 99/103 In Warsaw, Including The Renovation Of The Electrical Switchboard And The Performance Of Necessary Construction And Installation Works Accompanying The Replacement Of Structured Cabling And The Location And Installation Of Related Devices.5.2. The Order Consists In The Performance Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Consists Of The General Guidelines Of The Ordering Party, As Well As Executive Designs And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Hereinafter Collectively Referred To As Design Documentation. 5.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.5.4. Required Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Of The Works: 1) 36 Months - In Relation To Lighting And Emergency Fixtures; 2) 60 Months - In Relation To Air Conditioning And Ventilation Devices; 3) Not Less Than 60 Months - In Relation To The Structured Cabling System, I.E. All Structured Cabling, Starting From The Rj-45 Socket, Through The Lan Cable And Ending With The Patch Panel; 4) 60 Months - In Relation To The Patch Panel To Equipment, Materials And Labor Other Than Those Indicated In Points 1-3.5.5. The Ordering Party Specifies The Warranty Period For Physical Defects Of The Subject Of The Contract (Including Equipment, Materials And Labor) Is 60 Months.5.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Draft Contract, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Design Documentation.
