The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of A 3D Printer With A Set For Final Processing Of Models And A 3D Scanner (Set For Developing And Printing 3D Models For Oncological Treatments) For The Needs Of Usk-2 Pum In Szczecin, Hereinafter Referred To As Equipment.2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Specifying All Components Of The Delivered Set, Including Consumables, Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Form (Annex 2 To The Swz), This Form Must Be Submitted Together With The Offer Form (Annex 1 To The Swz, Hereinafter Also Referred To As Fo).3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Warranty Period For The Offered Equipment Is At Least 36 Months, Counted From The Moment Of Receipt Of The Equipment.4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor, When Implementing The Subject Of The Contract, Act In Accordance With The Do No Serious Harm (Dnsh) Principle, Specified In Art. 17 Of Regulation (Eu) 2020/852, In Particular:• Ensured That The Devices Meet Energy Efficiency Requirements,• Ensured The Possession Of The Required Environmental Certificates,• Ensured The Minimization Of Emissions And Environmental Impacts,• Collected And Managed Waste Generated During Delivery, Installation Or Servicing In Accordance With The Waste Management Hierarchy (Prevention, Reuse, Recycling, Recovery, Disposal),• Transport And Installation Of The Devices Were Carried Out In A Manner Minimizing Environmental Impact5. The Order Consists Of 1 Task.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers In A Given Procedure. The Procedure Concerns The Purchase Of One Type Of Equipment. The Offered Equipment Must Be Compatible With The Delivered Products. 7. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers. 8. Local Visition: A) In Order To Ensure A Correct, Reliable Valuation Of The Subject Of The Order And A Thorough Verification Of The Possibility Of Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of The Offered Device, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Submit An Offer After An On-Site Inspection. On-Site Visit Referred To In Art. 131 Section 2 Of The Pzp, Applies To The Place Of Delivery, Assembly, Installation And Commissioning At The Ordering Partys Headquarters.;B) Offers Submitted Without An On-Site Inspection Will Be Rejected On The Basis Of Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Act.
