The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Comprehensive Documentation For The Reconstruction/Construction Of A Bridge Structure Along Ul. Lwowska On The Młynówka Stream, Together With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, Buildings And Construction Equipment, Along With Obtaining A Zrid Decision Or A Building Permit And Performing (With Option Rights) Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works. The Scope Of The Study Includes, Among Others: 1. Reconstruction/Construction Of A Road Bridge Along Ul. Lwowska On The Młynówka Stream, Length Of The Structure 10.70 M, Length Of The Road Section To Be Reconstructed Approx. 50 M2. Construction/Reconstruction Of Culverts And Watercourses To The Extent Necessary,3. Reconstruction Of The Street Lviv - To The Extent Necessary, 4. Construction Of The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, Buildings And Construction Equipment, 5. Construction Of Elements Resulting From The Obtained Administrative Decisions, 6. Other Elements Resulting From Technical Conditions And Applicable Regulations,7. Reconstruction Of Conflicting Networks To The Extent Necessary, Together With Obtaining All Necessary Administrative Decisions, 8. Reconstruction/Construction Of Sidewalks And Bicycle Paths To The Extent Necessary, 9. Preparation Of Materials For Submitting An Effective Application For A Zrid Decision Along With Obtaining (At Least) Enforceable Or Immediate Enforceability. The Detailed Scope Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Is An Annex To The Swz. In Addition, The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works Under The Option Rights Referred To In The Act Of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law. Estimated Quantity - 5 Visits Of The Designer On The Construction Site And 350 Units Of Workload (A.N.P.). Design Documentation Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Table Of Design Studies (Top). During The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Perform All Necessary Activities Necessary To Provide The Service Covered By The Subject Of The Order.
