. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Maintenance And Removal Of Failures Of Traffic Lights And Traffic Management And Control Devices At Intersections In The City Of Wałbrzych. The Task Involves Carrying Out Current And Periodic Inspections And Maintenance Of The Installation In Order To Maintain The Technical Efficiency Of The Devices, I.E. Ensuring The Proper Operation Of Control, Detection And Transmission Devices As Well As The Proper Condition Of The Cable Installation, Signals, Acoustic Signals And Other Devices Related To Traffic Management And Control. There Are Three Types Of Work: A) Ongoing Maintenance And Inspections Of Facilities Included In The Lump Sum Price (In Accordance With Price Form No. 1), B) Performing Minor Repairs Necessary To Ensure The Functioning Of The Signaling System, Included In The Lump Sum Price (In Accordance With Price Form No. 1), C) Performing Repairs And Additional Commissioned Works (In Accordance With Price Form No. 2). These Works Require The Consent Of An Authorized Representative Of The Ordering Party And Require The Preparation Of An Additional Settlement. The Detailed Scope Of Work To Be Performed Under This Order Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 6 To The Swz) And The Draft Contract (Appendix No. 5 To The Swz).
