The Client Currently Uses A Number Of Core Applications For Erp, Hrm And Finance. These Applications Partly Run On-Premises. The Packages Are Connected Through Links, But In Many Cases They Do Not Meet The Modern Requirements And Wishes Set By The Organization. The Client Wants To Standardize Where Possible, To Eliminate The Disadvantages Associated With The Current Customization. In Addition, The Client Has A Need For Integrity And Integrality Of Data. Finally, Information Security Plays An Increasingly Important Role And The Client Wants To Continue To Comply With Both Legislation And The Iso 27001 Standards Framework. The Desired Situation Concerns A Cloud-Based, All-In-One System As Much As Possible For The Benefit Of The Clients Business Activities. The Technical Application Management And Maintenance Thereof Lies Entirely With The Contractor. The Annual Size Of The Assignment, Excluding Implementation Costs, Is Estimated At € 100,000 Excluding Vat. The Total Estimated Value Of The Agreement, Based On The Maximum Contract Duration Of 11 Years, Is Approximately € 1,100,000 Excluding Vat, Excluding Indexation.
