The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Annual Electrical Repair Work And Electrical Technical Work Of The Properties Managed By The Office Of The President Of The Republic In Helsinki (Presidentinlinna, Mariankatu 1 Office And Maintenance Building And The Official Residence Of The President Of The Republic Located In Mäntyniemi). In Addition, During The Renovation Of The Mäntyniemi Official Residence, Minor Electrical Work Will Be Carried Out In The Government Guest House.The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With One Contractor. The Duration Of The Framework Contract Period Is Two (2) Years, And The Customer Has The Option To Extend The Contract Period In Two Installments For A Total Of Four (4) Years (Option Periods 2 + 2 Years). The Contract Can Be Valid For A Maximum Of Six (6) Years And, In Addition To The Above, Until The End Of The Order Placed During The Last Contract Period. The Procurement Does Not Create An Exclusive Right To Carry Out Annual Repairs Or Modifications, But The Customer Can Also Procure The Aforementioned Works Outside Of The Framework Contract. By The Customer Prepares To Reduce The Number Of Bidders Invited To The Bidding Phase To Five Bidders With Selection Criteria That Exceed The Minimum Requirements Of The Reference Projects (See Appendix 1. Application For Participation). The Customer Then Sends The Selected Bidders An Invitation To Submit A Bid. Along With The Invitation, Bidders Will Receive A Framework Contract Draft, A Security Document, A Contract Program And A Price Offer Form. The Preliminary Schedule Is That The Price Offer Must Be Submitted To The Tender Service No Later Than February 23, 2026 At 12:00. The Hourly Prices Stated In The Price Offer Are Fixed Until The End Of The 2-Year Contract Period And Can Be Increased For Option Periods In Accordance With The Changes In The Work Inputs Sub-Index Of The Construction Cost Index. The Customer Will Draw Up A Safety Contract With The Tenderer Who Won The Tender And, At His Own Expense, Carry Out Safety Clearances For The Persons Working On The Basis Of The Framework Contract. The Terms And Conditions Of The Works Ordered On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement Are Based On The Yse 1998 General Terms And Conditions Of Construction Contracts. The Language Of Procurement And The Working Language During The Contract Period Is Finnish.
