The Properties/Parcels Adjacent To The Construction Site Are Private. Access Or Use As A Storage Area Is Therefore Not Possible. The Contractor Must Coordinate The Use Of Private Property Directly With The Owners. This Also Includes The Accessibility Of Anchor Points On Private Property.
