Notice Of Intent To Direct Awardconsultant Services Forfha Cgh Mobile Ct Home Site Preparation Projectproject Number: E600-00Noifraser Health Authority (Fha) Intends To Award The Contract Of Prime Consultant Services For The Fha Cgh Mobile Ct Home Site Preparation Project (E600-00) To Dcyt Architecture Inc.The Estimated Value Of This Contract Award (Including Sub-Consulting Fees For Mechanical, Structural, And Electrical Disciplines) Will Be $120,000.00 Plus Gst. Fha Has Chosen Not To Conduct A Full Request For Proposal (Rfp) Process For The Following Reasons:Current Project Conditionsa Mobile Ct Trailer Is Scheduled To Become Available In March 2026 And Will Be Relocated To Chilliwack General Hospital (Cgh) To Support Patients Requiring Medical Imaging Services In The Area. Adedicated Mobile Home Base At Cgh Is Required And Must Be Completed By The End Of March 2026.Project Familiarity & Technical Alignmentdcyt Architecture Inc. Previously Completed The Feasibility Study For This Project And Is Familiar With The Site Conditions And Operational Requirements Identified By The Fha Medical Imaging Team. Their Continued Involvement Will Ensure Technical Consistency, Avoid Onboarding Delays, And Reduce The Risk Of Design Misalignment—All Critical To Meeting The Tight Project Timeline.Proven Collaboration & Efficiencyduring The Feasibility Stage, Dcyt Architecture Inc. Collaborated Closely With Fha’S Internal And External Partners To Identify Design Solutions. Retaining Dcyta’S Team For The Design Development Stage Will Leverage Existing Project Knowledge, Streamline Technical Reviews And Coordination, And Enable Faster Decisions And Smoother Integration Of Energy Strategies—Critical To Meeting The March 2026 Project Timeline.Anticipated Completion Timelineleveraging Their Project Knowledge And Familiarity With The Teams Involved, Dcyt Architecture Inc. And Their Sub-Consultants Expect To Complete Design Development By The End Of January 2026.
