Through This Request For Proposals, The City Of Terrace, Here After Referred To As The “City”, Invites Proposals For The Lakelse Ave Revitalization – 4600 Block. Substantial Performance For All Work (The Construction And Associated Work Which The City Seeks To Be Provided By The Proponent, As Listed Below) Is To Be Achieved No Later Than August 31, 2026. The Contract Contemplated As A Result Of This Rfp Will Be The Mmcd (Master Municipal Construction Documents) 2019 Unit Price Contract, Together With The Form Of Agreement, Supplementary General Conditions, Supplementary Specifications, And Contract Drawings As Provided In Attachment C – Contract Documents Of This Rfp. This Rfp Applies To And Governs The Preparation Of Proposals For The Contract Listed Above.
