The Complex Project For Investment Initiative (Cpii) Under Art. 150 Of The Zut Should Necessarily Include: 1. Amendment Of The Pup-Prz For Upi Ii-40, Quarter 85, Commune. Pordim, Region Weed; 2. Investment Project For A Clinic For Large Animals And Educational Activity In Upi Ii-40, Quarter 85, Commune. Pordim, Region Pleven. The Construction Category Is Fourth, According To Art. 8, Paragraph 2, Item 3 Of Ordinance No. 1 Of July 30, 2003 On The Nomenclature Of Construction Types. Within The Scope Of The Award, It Is Planned To Build A New One-Story Building, Located At The Southern End Of The Property, Which Will Function As A Clinic For Large Animals With An Aseptic Area. The Approximate Built-Up Area Of The Newly Designed Building Is About 2,400 Square Meters, And The Specific Parameters And Functional-Spatial Solutions Should Be Determined By The Participants Within The Conceptual Concept And Developed In The Investment Project In The Technical Phase. In The Scope Of The Assignment, Improvement And Landscaping Of The Adjacent Terrain Should Also Be Foreseen, In Accordance With The Project Decisions And The Current Regulatory Requirements. When Developing The Investment Project In The Technical Phase, For The Newly Designed Building, The Following Functional Areas And Rooms, With Approximate Areas, Should Be Provided Tentatively: Reception Area - Reception, Archive, Reception Offices - Handling; Diagnostic Area - Doctors Offices, Conference Room; Imaging Area - Scanner, Mri, X-Ray, Ultrasound, Laboratory, Rooms For Preparing Large Animals; Operating Department - Operating Rooms, Pre-Operative, Aseptic Corridor, Sterilization Room, Inpatients; Infectious Sector - Sanitary Filter, Manipulation, Doctors Offices, Laboratory, Hospitals; Service Rooms - Technical Rooms, Changing Rooms, Sanitary Facilities, Corridors, Medical Gases, Waste Room; Hospital Veterinary Medicine Pharmacy; Study Area - Study Rooms For Groups Of Up To 18 Students. The Location Of The Building Should Be In Accordance With The Attached Scheme, And The Specific Situation And Spatial Solution Are The Subject Of The Design Proposal Of The Participants.
