The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities: Participants Should Complete The Following Activities: • Activity I. Development Of An Investment Project In The Working Project Phase In Relevant Parts, According To The Requirements Of The Zut And The Current Sub-Normative Regulation, Specified In The Technical Specification To This Documentation. • Activity Ii. Implementation Of The Smr On The Basis Of The Developed And Approved Investment Project, In Compliance With The Requirements Of All Laws, Rules, Regulations In Force In The Republic Of Bulgaria At The Moment, Regarding The Implementation Of Objects And Works Of Such A Nature, According To The Technical Specifications. The Indicative Types Of Works That The Project Must Provide For The Implementation Of A New Bridge Facility And The Restoration Of The Adjacent Infrastructure - Reconstruction Of A Part Of A Street In The Beliya Bryag Quarter, The Town Of Tsarevo, With A Total Length Of 200 M, Affected By The Floods (Street Surface, Sidewalks, Street Lighting, Road Facilities, High-Current Cables, Low-Current Communications, A Pipe Network And A New Domestic Sewer) Are Cleaning And Removal Of The Silt Islands Formed In The Riverbed The River Before And After The Bridge Structure, Strengthening Of The Abutments And Foundations Of The Column, As Well As The Construction Of Reinforced Concrete Wing Retaining Walls Before And After The Bridge To Strengthen The Banks And Its Abutments And Accordingly Build A New Structure, Incl. Excavation And Embankment Works, Dismantling Works On The Road Part, Strengthening Measures In The River, Road Construction On The Bridge Facility, Formwork Works, Reinforcement Works And Concrete Works. • Activity Iii. Exercising Authors Supervision During Construction Within The Scope According To Art. 162 Of The Zut. In Accordance With Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Code, The Necessary Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Are Detailed In The Technical Specifications Of The Employers Requirements (Technical Specifications). The Assignment Is In Connection With A Registered Disaster Caused By Heavy Rain And The Presence Of Force Majeure Circumstances In The Territory Of Tsarevo Municipality, In The Period 02.10.2025 - 05.10.2025, In Connection With Order Rd-01-783/03.10.2025 Of The Mayor Of Tsarevo Municipality To Declare A State Of Emergency In 03.10.2025, On The Territory Of The Entire Municipality Of Tsarevo
