Separate Position 1: Implementation Of Smr For Construction Of A Sports Complex In Upi Vi-640 For Sports Grounds, Square 117 According To The Plan Of The Town Of Zlatitsa, Municipality Of Zlatitsa, Pi 31044.503.647 According To The Kkkr Of The Town Of Zlatitsa, Municipality Of Zlatitsa It Envisages The Implementation Of Construction And Installation Works For The Construction Of A Sports Complex Consisting Of A Football Playing Field With A Finishing Surface Of Artificial Grass, A Perimeter Wall With A Fence, A Grandstand And Lighting, Including: • Execution Of Construction - Assembly Works, Including Supply Of Raw Materials And Materials, Mechanization, Workforce And All Services And Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Technical Specification, The Investment Project And The Quantitative Accounts; • Warranty Liability In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2003 For Putting Construction Into Operation In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For The Implementation Of Smr, In Connection With Art. 160, Para. 4 And Para. 5 Of The Zut. The Warranty Periods Start From The Day The Construction Site Is Put Into Operation. An Investment Project Has Been Prepared, Agreed And Approved, And A Building Permit Has Been Issued. The Contractors Will Carry Out Their Assigned Activities In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut) And The By-Laws On Its Implementation. No Tenders Should Be Submitted For Specific Position 2.
