The Part Of The Building On Rév Street Was Affected By The Biggest Transformation, Where The Flat The Upper Slab And The Roof Structure Will Also Be Demolished And Rebuilt In Order To Create The Appropriate Sized Parking Spaces And The Gates For Their Access. Exploratory Tests Are Required For The Structural Design Of The Building On Dunaár Street. The Condition Surveys Carried Out So Far Indicate The Most Building Defects For This Part Of The Building, Some Of Which Point To Foundation Weakness, And Also Indicate The Lack Of Insulation Under The Walls - All Of These Will Be Repaired During The Renovation. As A Result Of The Door And Window Modifications, New Replacements Must Be Made. The Closed Road From The Inner Courtyard Will Be Replaced. In The Case Of The Neck Member, The Existing Slab Will Also Be Dismantled And Replaced By A Low Pitched Gable Roof With A Steel Structure.
