Siteworks – The Construction Of An Equine Therapeutic Riding Centre. The Contract Comprises The Construction Of An Equine Therapeutic Riding Centre, Consisting Of A Roofed Steel Portal Frame Structure Measuring Approximately 36 Metres In Length By 25 Metres In Width, Arranged Over Six Bays. The Works Shall Be Executed In Accordance With All Relevant Building Regulations, Health And Safety Legislation, And Industry Standards. Scope Of Works: The Scope Of Works To Be Delivered Under This Contract Includes, But Is Not Limited To, The Following: • Site Clearance And Site Preparation Works • Foundations And Associated Substructure Works • Supply, Fabrication, And Erection Of A Steel Portal Frame Structure, Including External Cladding • Electrical Installations And Associated Services • Rainwater Goods, Guttering, And Surface Water Drainage • Appointment And Fulfilment Of Project Supervisor Construction Stage (Pscs) Duties In Accordance With Statutory Requirements
