Govdigital Eg Intends To Conclude A Framework Agreement To Procure A Central Collaboration And File Storage System (Kodas) To Support Digitization In Schools. The Service Includes The Provision Of A Scalable Saas Solution (Software-As-A-Service) Including Hosting, Operation, Maintenance And Support. 1. Subject Of Service: What Is Required Is A Fully Integrated Platform That Links The Following Functional Areas Seamlessly And Without Media Disruption: A) Central File Management (File Hosting & Sharing) With Differentiated Rights Management. B) Collaborative Office Solution For Simultaneous Editing Of Text, Spreadsheet And Presentation Documents In The Browser. C) Personal Information Management (Pim): Calendar And Contact Management (Personal And Team-Based). D) Integrated Email Client For Bundling External Communication. The Components Must Be Accessible Via A Uniform User Interface And Central User Management. A Connection To The States’ Existing Identity Management Systems (Idm) Is Required. 2. Mandatory Technology Requirement (Open Source): To Ensure Digital Sovereignty, Long-Term Availability And Exit Capability, A Solution Based On Open Source Software Is Mandatory. The Source Code Of The Essential Components Must Be Under A License Recognized By The Osi (Open Source Initiative), Which Grants The Client And The Users Comprehensive Rights Of Use, Adaptation And Further Development. 3. Scope Of Use: The States Of Berlin, Bremen, Hamburg, Hesse, North Rhine-Westphalia And Rhineland-Palatinate As Well As Their School Authorities And Schools Are Primarily Entitled To Access. The Framework Agreement Also Includes The Option To Include Other Federal States And Their Educational Institutions As Recipients. 4. Term: The Framework Agreement Has A Term Of A Maximum Of 48 Months From The Award Of The Contract.
