The North Data Center (Hereinafter Referred To As Rz North Or Rz N) In The Bavarian State Tax Office (Baylfst, Hereinafter Referred To As Ag) Is A Service Data Center For Bavarian Authorities. For The Bavarian State Ministry Of Justice (Hereinafter Referred To As Stmj), The Central Applications With The Required Storage Systems For Data Storage, Among Other Things, Are Located In The North Rz. For The Land Register, The Commercial Register, The Public Prosecutors Office And General Court Proceedings. The Topics Of Electronic Legal Transactions And Electronic Files (“Ejustice” For Short) Are Of Outstanding Importance For The Bavarian Judiciary. As An Operator Of Specialist Procedures And Infrastructure Components From The Ejustice Environment, The North Data Center Is Largely Responsible For High-Performance And Highly Available Service Provision In This Area. A Framework Agreement Is Being Put Out To Tender In Accordance With Section 21 Vgv On Services For Operational Support For Applications In The Ejustice Environment, In Particular The Electronic Integration Portal (Eip) Of The Bavarian Judiciary. This Primarily Includes: Administration And Maintenance Of The Oracle Weblogic Infrastructure, Administration And Maintenance Of The Oracle Database Infrastructure, Operation And Maintenance Of The Electronic Integration Portal (Eip) Process; In The Future Possibly Also As A Container Solution On An Openshift Platform, Service Management For The Process And Components, Implementation Of Error Correction And Troubleshooting On The 2Nd Level; The Client Currently Assumes That A Staff Volume Of Approximately Four Full-Time Equivalents Will Be Required For The Contractor To Provide The Service. The People Employed By The Contractor To Provide The Service Should Be Able To Professionally Represent Each Other In The Required Qualifications And Skills. The Current Focus Of The Tasks Is On Eip And Weblogic And Can, For Example, Shift To The Containerized Operation Of The Application In An Openshift Platform. The Service Manager Used By The Contractor To Provide The Service Is Included In The Estimated Personnel Volume. The Client Assumes That The Contractors Service Manager Will Be Primarily Active In Operational Activities And Will Carry Out His Management Tasks On A Proportionate Basis. The Scope Of Services Can Be Distributed Differently Over The Duration Of The Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement Has A Minimum Contract Term Of 3 Years With A Two-Time Extension Option (Clients Right To Choose) For A Further Year Each Time (Total “3+1+1”).
