Building-Cleaning Services – Cleaning Service At The Rai Facilities In North Rome. Open Procedure Above The Community Threshold, Pursuant To Art. 71 Of Legislative Decree No. 36/2023 And Subsequent Amendments, Divided Into A Single Lot, For The Assignment Of Fee And On Request Cleaning Services, Including The Supply Of Hygiene Products, At The Rai Facilities In Rome North (The Details Of The Addresses Are Given In The Technical Specifications) And - For The On Request Part Only - Also With Reference To The Television Studios Of Saxa Rubra And Dear - Studi Fabrizio Frizzi. The Scheduled Fee Services Include: Dusting, Dry And Wet Cleaning, Polishing, Waste Collection, Basic Disinfection Of Rooms/Environments And Furnishings; And Extraordinary On Request Services Include Both Activities Related To Further Temporary Needs For Services Not Foreseen Within The Scheduled Services, And Interventions Intended To Strengthen, Increase, Integrate And Temporarily Expand The Scheduled Services Themselves. For Tv Studios, These Services Mainly Consist Of: Emptying Waste Containers With Collection Of Materials And, Where Necessary, Replacement Of Container Bags; Removal Of Dust And Stains From Surfaces; Dry And Wet Cleaning; Cleaning Of Rugs And Carpets With A Vacuum Cleaner Or Carpet Beater If Present In The Studio; Removal Of Dust And Stains And Cleaning With Neutral Products Of Vision Devices Such As Televisions, Monitors, Touch Screens Etc.; Washing Floors When Necessary, Using Suitable Professional Products; Floor Polishing And/Or Waxing; Washing Dishes Used In Studios That May Have Culinary/Dietary Inserts (Since Food Is Used As A Prop, The Haccp Requirements Are Not Necessary). The Contract Also Includes The Supply, Installation And Maintenance Of All Dispensing Devices (So-Called Dispensers) Of Consumables And Sanitary Accessories And The Periodic Replenishment Of The So-Called Consumables (For Example, Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Hand Washing Soap).
