Construction Work – Renovation Of The Railway Station: Pohjois-Haaga. Pääkaupunkiseudun Kaupunkiliikenne Oy (Kaupunkiliikenne) Organizes A Tender For The Renovation Of The Pohjois-Haaga Train Station Within The Scope Of This Request For Tenders And The Appendices To The Tender. The Renovation Of Pohjois Haaga Railway Station Is Implemented As A Total Contract. The Content Of The Entire Contract Is Described In The Contract Program And In The Technical Appendices Attached To The Tender Request. The Contractor Acts As The Main Contractor And As The Main Implementer As Defined By The Legislation, Responsible For Both Site Management Duties And Site Services. These Obligations And Services Are Presented In The Contract Program, The Contract Limit Appendix And The General Contract Terms (Yse 1998). After The Acceptance Of The Contract, The Main Contractors Site Management Responsibilities And Duties Related To Work Safety At The Site Continue Until The Deficiencies And Errors Noted At The Contract Acceptance Have Been Corrected. The Contract Period Is Tentatively From May 1, 2026 To May 31, 2027. Getting To Know The Target: The Customer Requires That The Bidder Has Familiarized Himself With The Target Of The Contract And The Conditions Prevailing There Before Submitting The Offer.
