The Subject Of This Contract Is Construction Work Within The Construction Of The Svidník Wwtp - Expansion Of Sludge Stabilization, Namely The Modernization And Expansion Of The Sludge Stabilization System At The Svidník Wwtp, Which Serves An Agglomeration With More Than 2,000 Equivalent Inhabitants (Eo) According To The Conditions And Requirements Specified In Part B_Contractual Conditions Of The Tender Documents (Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Contract Or Construction). 2.
