Hence, It Is Very Important That The Contractor Has The Right Conditions To Cope With The Assignment. The Qualification Of Tenderers And Evaluation Of Tenders Takes Place In Separate Stages. The Customer Will Make A Separate Assessment Of The Tenders Received For Each Issue As Described Below. The Tender Will Be Awarded A Share Of The Maximum Points For Each Question Based On A Five-Point Scale, Details Of How The Qualification Process Goes Are Referred To The Procurement Documents In Their Entirety.
