Geological Exploration Services – Call For Geothermal Projects - Exploitation Of Geothermal Potential - Drilling And Modeling - Appointment Of A Project Author. As Part Of The Post-Flood Reconstruction/Renovation Of The City Center And In Particular The Projects Included In The Portfolio Submitted To Feder 21-27 Calls, A Project To Supply Buildings With Cold And Heat Using Open Geothermal Energy Was Proposed. At The Center Of This Project Is The Energy Renovation Of The Former Grand Bazar Located On Rue Crapaurue And Its Transformation Into An Administrative City. The Installation Of An Open Geothermal System In The City Center (High Density Of Inputs) In Order To Supply Energy To The Renovated Building Constitutes An Example Of Innovation And Adaptation By The City Of Verviers. A First Exploratory Study Contract, Implementing A Drilling In 6 Up To 177M, Led To The Installation Of A Piezometer (Pz1) And Made It Possible To Identify Sufficient Potential Reaching A Minimum Of 18 M³/H (Limit Of The Structure) And Estimated Between 30-40M³/H. The Report And All The Results Of This Preliminary Study Are Annexed To These Specifications. The Measures Taken In Pz1 Between The Date Of The Final Report And The Drafting Of The Offers Are Available From The Contracting Authority.
