Underground Work Other Than Tunnels, Shafts And Subways – Earthworks And Foundation Construction To Build A Warehouse For Stadtwerke Hanau Gmbh. The Subject Of The Award Procedure Is The Necessary Services For Earthworks And Foundation Construction As Preliminary Work For The Construction Of The Warehouse. The Services Offered Here Do Not Include A Specific Historical Study Of The Property. In View Of The Long, Site-Specific, Environmentally Relevant Period Of Use As A Gas Plant And The Associated Gas Plant-Specific Pollutants, An Increased Risk Potential For The Protected Areas Of Groundwater And Soil Can Be Assumed For The Area. In The Past, Various Usage-Related Construction And Environmental Studies As Well As Historical Investigations Were Carried Out At The Site Itself. The Award Procedure To Be Carried Out Here Is Intended To Select A Competent And Efficient (Suitable) Contractor Who Will Provide The Earthworks And Foundation Construction Services Advertised Here Economically, Properly And On Time. The Earthworks Services Should Generally Be Provided In A Conventional Manner In Accordance With The Task And Project Description (Appendix 1A To The Contract) By Excavating The Soil, Separating And Transporting Contaminated Soil Material And Installing Uncontaminated Soil. The Foundation Is Then Constructed By Inserting Bored Piles. However, The Client Allows Different Procedures For The Construction Of The Foundation, Which Lead To The Same Deadlines And The Same Level Of Quality. The Client Envisages The Liquid Soil Process For This Purpose (Appendix 1B To The Contract), But Gives The Bidders The Freedom To Create The Foundation Using Other Processes As Long As The Deadlines And Qualities Are Met. The Liquid Soil Process Or Other Processes That Deviate From The Conventional Process For Carrying Out Earthworks And Foundation Construction Services Can Be Submitted As A Secondary Offer To A Main Offer Or As A Secondary Offer That Is Independent Of A Main Offer (See Section 4.1). The Client Points Out That The Award Of The Contract Is Subject To The City Of Hanau Issuing A Building Permit For The Construction Of The Warehouse Or A Partial Building Permit For The Foundation Building. The Client Further Points Out That The Award Of The Contract To A Secondary Offer That Provides For The Implementation Of The Liquid Soil Process Is Subject To Approval Under Soil Protection Law By The Darmstadt Regional Council.
