Falling Within The Scope Of The Definition Of Current Repair, According To Item 43 Of §5 Of The Dr Of Zut. Full Information On The Scope, Volume And Technical Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Described And Regulated In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Public Procurement Documentation. * The Contracting Party Declares The Performance Of Activities By Specifying The Parameters For Each Object, According To Its Needs, Without The Obligation To Declare Performance For The Full Amount Of The Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement And The Announced Estimated Quantities. The Contractor Is Not Guaranteed Quantities Of The Assigned Works Under The Framework Agreement.
