Completion Of The It Software Operation Support Services Of The Criminal Statistics System (Hereinafter: Bsr) For The Processing Of The Data File Of The Unified Investigative Authority And Prosecutorial Criminal Statistics (Hereinafter: Enyübs) Within A Period Of 24 Months. The Bsr Is Primarily Aimed At Data Acquisition, Monitoring, Data Processing Necessary For The Performance Of Statistical Activities, As Well As Supporting The Publication Obligation. The Current System Can Handle Both The Old Btk. And The Btk. Statistical Data Based On The Old Civil Code. Is Applicable In The Event That A Lighter Sanction Is Imposed On The Offender. The Bsrs Data Providers Are Currently The Police, The Prosecutors Office, And The National Tax And Customs Office. The Bsr Must Be Able To Handle The Return Of Txts To The Submitting Bodies. Act, As Well As Act Xvii Of 2022 On The General Rules For Compliance With Accessibility Requirements For Products And Services.
