Foundation Work – New Construction Of A Fire Station In The City Of Friedrichstadt - Bored Pile Foundation. The City Of Friedrichstadt Intends To Build A New Fire Station. The Construction Site Is Located Between Schleswiger Straße And The New Sports Hall That Will Be Built In A Northerly Direction In 2023. The Construction Site (Plot Size 53,000 M2) Is Approached From Schleswiger Straße. In Order To Achieve Level Access From The Street To The Building, The Site Is Raised Approx. 1.00 M. The Building Is Categorized In Building Class 3 And Is 1-Story And Founded On An Approximately 0.78 - 1.10 M Thick Reinforced Concrete Base And Additional Piles. A Storage Gallery In The Vehicle Hall Forms The Upper Floor. An Extension Building Part Is Made With A Beam Grid Instead Of A Sole. A Possible Extension To Include A Parking Space Is Then Possible Later Without Any Additional Necessary Foundation Work. Due To The Subsoil Conditions, The Sole And The Beam Grid Are Deeply Founded With Star Piles. The Building Is Made Of Solid Construction From Ks And Facing Stones And Includes 7 Parking Spaces For Fire Engines. The Roof Surfaces Are Constructed As Flat Roofs Made Of Reinforced Concrete And Trapezoidal Steel Sheets And Are Covered With Greenery. The Height Of The Building Is Approx. 4.50 M In The Deeper Part And Approx. 7.00 M Above The Finished Floor In The Hall Area. The Finished Floor Height +/- 0.00 M Is At 2.66 Above Sea Level. Nhn. The Gross Floor Area (Ground Floor And Upper Floor) Of The Building Is 1,450.00 M2. The Gross Volume Of The Building Is 7,352.00 M3. The Buildings Heat Is Supplied Via The Chp Plant Located Close To The Property. The Earthworks Will Begin At The End Of November 2025 With The Creation Of Parking Spaces For The Sports Hall To The East Of The Fire Department Building. The Fire Departments Construction Site On Schleswiger Straße Will Then Be Constructed. The Working Level For The Deep Foundation Work Will Also Be Created In This Process.
