The transformer shall be complete with all standard fittings and accessories, gauges, first fill of tranformer oil as per IS-335, ISI marked duly filtered & dehydrated etc. 21 Transformer shall be mounted on and including suitable platform of approx size 2.0Mx 2.0Mx 1.0M high (outer dimension) built with 150mm thick PCC 1:5:10 type E2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation extending 150mm on both sides of wall, 350mm thick of brick masonary built in CM 1:6 using old size sub class B bricks, brick masonary shall be 450mm below GL & 550mm above GL, 22 exposed faces of brick work up to 15cm below normal ground level shall be plastered in CM 1:4 & flush in same mortar as the work proceeds on faces in contact with soil, floor shall be 100mm thick with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm garded stone aggregate, laid in bays over & including 100mm thick hardcore over approved earth filling, exposed plastered surfaces shall be given three coats of white wash including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed.
