The Aim Of The Dynamic Purchasing System (Das) Is To Enable The Royal Defense Museums Foundation (Skd) To Acquire Temporary Capacity In A Timely, Efficient And Legitimate Manner For The Realization Of (Re)Construction Projects Within The Organization. With The Das, Skd Creates A Flexible And Transparent Instrument To Hire Project Managers And Project Advisors/Project Coordinators, Among Other Things, Based On Objective And Predetermined Criteria, Without Having To Start A Separate Tender Procedure Each Time. The Das Facilitates The Hiring Of Positions For The Project Organization During The Term Of The New Construction Program And Ensures That New Providers Can Join At Any Time, Provided They Meet The Stated Admission Requirements. Admission To The Das Does Not Entitle Suppliers To Orders; Assignments Are Only Awarded Via Specific Further Request For Quotation Within The Das. See Descriptive Document
