The Municipality Of The Hague Intends To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Contractor Per Plot For The Supply Of Grass Seeds And Fertilizers For Its Sports Fields. The Grass Seeds And Fertilizers Are Used By The Sports Parks Maintenance Department Of The Educational Cultural Welfare (Ocw) Service For The Maintenance Of The Sports Fields. The Municipality Of The Hague Is Responsible For The Maintenance Of The Sports Fields. In Recent Years, Grass Seeds And Fertilizers Have Been Purchased Through Multiple Private Tenders. The Municipality Now Wants To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Party Per Plot. Delivery Of The Fertilizers Will Be Requested Per Season (4 Times A Year) On Behalf Of The Client.
