The Order Includes A) The Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic In The Scope Of Accepting, Moving And Delivering Letter Items And Their Possible Returns After Exhausting The Possibilities Of Their Delivery Or Handing Over To The Recipient, B) The Provision Of Postal Services In The Scope Of Accepting, Moving And Delivering Parcels And Courier Items And Their Possible Returns, C) The Provision Of Daily Postal Delivery Services (Return Acknowledgment Of Receipt), D) Delivery Of Parcels To The Registered Office Ordering Party, E) Collection Of Parcels From The Ordering Partys Registered Office. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Postal Services In Accordance With Generally Applicable Law.
