The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation Together With The Authors Supervision And Obtaining The Necessary Administrative Decisions Allowing For The Conduct Of Construction Works For The Investment Task Carried Out As Part Of The Pavement Construction And Modernization Program Called: Pobiedzisko - Modernization And Reconstruction Of The Pavement. As Part Of The Task, It Is Planned To Design, Among Others: Reconstruction Of One-Sided Sidewalk At Ul. Pobiedzisko From The Intersection With Ul. Panatadeusza, Specifically From The Pedestrian Route On Plot 302, Precinct 0077 To Al. Armiikrajowej, Along With The Modernization And Reconstruction Of Stairs And Ramps.2. Scope Of Design Works: - Construction/Reconstruction Of The Surface Based On Drilling And Assessment Of The Existing Condition Of Stairs, Ramps And Sidewalk, - Removal Of Possible Collisions With Existing Above-Ground And Underground Utilities Or Their Protection, And Solving Other Issues And Problems Related To Network Collisions That Will Arise During The Design Or Will Result From The Conditions Of The Network Administrators Or Arrangements, - Drilling And Assessment Of The Existing Condition, - Reconstruction Of Exits And Improvement Of Their Geometry Along With Adaptation Sidewalk Elevations, If Necessary, - Construction Of Drainage, If Necessary, - Construction Of Technological Channels, If Necessary, - Restoration Of Necessary Land Development Elements, - The Scope Of Design Works Should Include Communication Connections With The Existing Road System In The Designed Area.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Terms Of Implementation Were Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. The Remaining Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
