The Subject Of This Procedure Is The Execution Of Emergency Works In The Entire City Of Jastrzębie-Zdrój. The Area Covered By The Order Consists Of Plots In The City, Owned By The Jastrzębie-Zdrój Commune. In The Scope Of Emergency Works, It May Be Necessary To Perform The Following Activities: 1. Emergency Repairs And Maintenance Of Road Drainage: - Street Inlets And Inspection And Sewage Wells, - Cleaning Of Drainage Devices - Culverts, Ditches, Curbside Drains, Rainwater Drainage, Street Inlets, Unblocking Absorption Wells, Evaporation Tanks, 2. Emergency Repairs And Maintenance Of Road Surfaces: - Partial Renovations Of Asphalt Surfaces, - Partial Renovations Of Other Types Of Surfaces, - Installation Of Information Boards, - Emergency Street Closures, 3. Emergency Repairs And Maintenance Of The Surface Of Squares, Pedestrian And Bicycle Paths, Stairs, 4. Emergency Repairs And Maintenance Of Other Facilities: - Bus Shelters With Infrastructure, - Removal Of Damage After Car Accidents, - Removal Of Damage After Floods, - Liquidation Of Floodplains, - Removal Of Windbreaks, - Repair And Renovation Of Damaged Energy-Absorbing, Stair And Concrete Barriers And Handrails On Culverts, 5. Other Unforeseen Random Cases. The Above-Mentioned Works Will Be Settled On The Basis Of The As-Built Cost Estimate, Taking Into Account The Offered Rg And Price Indicators. The Above-Mentioned Works Will Be Performed As Needed, Upon Each Order Of The Road Infrastructure Department And The City Guard Duty Center. The Deadline For Execution Of The Order, Depending On The Nature Of The Event, Will Be Each Time Specified In The Order Issued By The Id Department And Odsm. Each Partial Order In The Form Of An E-Mail Message Will Include The Scope Of Work And The Deadline For Its Execution. The Contractor Will Provide The E-Mail Address To Which The Partial Order Will Be Sent. Note:1. Availability In The City Is Required 24 Hours A Day Throughout The Duration Of The Task.2. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Have A Base With A Protected Storage Yard. The Ordering Party Will Award Points As Part Of The Offer Evaluation Criterion For The Contractors Possession Of A Base With A Protected Storage Yard Located In The City Of Jastrzębie-Zdrój. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 10 To The Swz.
