1. The Order Involves Conducting Training For 230 Employees Of The Sgh In Warsaw In The Scope Of Expanding Knowledge Of The Psychosocial Specificity Of Young Generations (Taking Into Account Intergenerational Differences) And Developing Communication Skills Supporting Persons Responsible For Direct Contacts With Students.2. The Ordering Party Planned Two 12-Hour Training Sessions. (2 Days X 6 Teaching Hours) In Two Groups Of Recipients, With The Emphasis That These Trainings Should Include Elements Of The Action Learning Educational Process, In Which Ones Own Experiences And Attitudes Are Analyzed. Conducting Training Divided Into 2 Groups Together With The Development Of Training Programs And Training Materials Will Include: 1) Understanding Means Helping For 120 Administration Employees (108 Hours In Total: 9 Groups X 2 Days X 6 Hours).2) Direct Communication Supporting Students For 110 Academic Teachers (96 Hours In Total: 8 Groups X 2 Days X 6 Hours).3. The Training Will: - Improve Knowledge About The Psychosocial Specificity Of Young Generations, Taking Into Account Intergenerational Differences; - Raise Awareness Of The Needs Of Male And Female Students; - Strengthen Direct Communication Skills With People From The Z And Alpha Generation; - Strengthen Empathetic Attitudes Towards Male And Female Students At Risk Of Drop-Out At The Warsaw School Of Economics (Sgh).4. The Training Will Be Conducted In Connection With The Implementation Of The Fers.01.05-Ip.08-005/24 Project, Titled Stay@Sgh. A Comprehensive Program For Preventing Interruption Of Higher Education, Co-Financed By The European Union Under The European Funds For Social Development Plus, The Aim Of Which Is To Introduce At Sgh A Comprehensive System For Preventing Premature Interruption Of Education By Students.
