Goj New Healthcare Facilities Programme Requires The Services Of A Registered And Approved Certifier Under The Structural Engineers Scheme To Review And Certify The Design Of The Acute Hospital Including Associated Infrastructure And Ancillary Buildings. This Appointment Seeks To Ensure Compliance With The Requirements Of Building Bye-Laws (Jersey) 2007.Ideally The Consultant Organisation Shall Have The Required Knowledge And Experience Of Design Of Healthcare Buildings Together With The Experience And Expertise To Deliver The Ser Review And Achieve Compliance Approval Certification. The Consultant Will Be Expected To Support And Work Alongside The Client Team And The Main Works Delivery Partner To Develop A Programme Of Verification And Certification.This Opportunity Will Be Awarded Under A Single Contract, The Nec4 Professional Services Contract (Option A) With The Successful Consultant Being A Registered Member Of The Structural Engineers Registration (Ser) Scheme And Identified As A Current Member By The Certification Register Maintained By Goj’S Infrastructure And Environment Department (I&E) The Anticipated Start For This Commission Will Be 1St March 2026, The Anticipated Completion Of The Commission Will Be Q4 2029
