The Subject Of The Competition Is A High-Quality, Attractive And Operationally Efficient Urban-Architectural Design Of A Sports-Recreational Area With Landscape Design, Which Will Become A Natural Center For Sports, Exercise And Community Life In Ďáblice. The Key Output Is The Design Of A New Multifunctional Sports Hall, Which Will Serve Both Organized Sports, School Physical Education And The Public, While The Construction Of The Hall Is Planned As The First Phase Of Implementation (Stage I). The Client Assumes That The Design Of The Multifunctional Sports Hall Will Be Economical In Terms Of Investment And Operating Costs. At The Same Time, The Competition Should Bring A Comprehensive Urban And Functional Concept Of The Entire Area Under Consideration, Including Links To Publicly Accessible Areas, Transport Infrastructure And The Surrounding Landscape (Stage Ii). In The Longer Term, It Is Also Possible To Consider The Expansion Of The Area To Neighboring Plots Of Land, Which According To The Valid Spatial Plan Are Intended For Sports, Recreation And Movement In The Countryside (Stage Iii).
