The Proposed Assignment Concerns The Sale Of Soil, Asphalt And Other Building Materials. The Assignment Includes: - Taking, Processing, Registering, Depositing And/Or Examining Building Materials, Soil And/Or Mixtures Of Building Materials And Soil Released By The Municipality From Works Of Which: • The Environmental Quality Is Not Known In Advance And Therefore Cannot Be Used Directly By The Municipality For Reuse; • The Environmental Hygiene Quality Is Only Known On The Basis Of The Municipal Soil Quality Maps; • The Environmental Quality Is Only Known On The Basis Of An Exploratory Soil Investigation, Carried Out In Accordance With Nen5740 And Nen5707 Or On The Basis Of An Indicative Investigation On A Batch Of Non-Designed Building Materials; • The Environmental Hygiene Quality Is Known On The Basis Of An Investigation (Batch Inspection) In Accordance With The Soil Quality Decree; • The Tar Content Of The Asphalt Has Been Determined On The Basis Of A Study In Accordance With Crow Publication 210. - The Tenderer(S) To Be Contracted Must Ensure Final Collection Or Ensure That The Released Materials Are Processed Or Stored In Such A Way That Maximum Reuse Of The Materials Offered By The Municipalities Is Possible Again. All Municipal Departments, As Well As The Belvédère Wijkontwikkelingmaatschappij B.V., Can Offer Soil, Asphalt, Non-Molded And Molded Building Materials And Mixtures Of Building Materials And Soil. - The Transport (Removal And Supply) Of The Materials To And From The Contractors Collection Point (Processing Facility) Takes Place By The Relevant Contractor Of The Work And Falls Outside The Scope Of This Tender. The Assignment Is Divided Into Three (3) Lots: Lot 1: Sale Of Land With Soil Function Class (In Accordance With The Soil Quality Decree) Aw2000 - Agriculture/Nature And Residential. Plot 2: Sales Of Non-Designed And Designed Building Materials, Soil With Soil Function Class Industrial And Moderately To Highly Contaminated Soil, Etc. Plot 3: Sales Of Milled Asphalt And Asphalt Paving. This Concerns Both Tar-Free And Tar-Containing Asphalt.
