Through This European Public Tender, The Province Of North Holland Wishes To Reach A Maximum Of 4 Framework Agreements For The Hiring Of Professionals In The Fields Of Finance And Specialized Internal Control (Vic). The Assignment Scope Is Aimed At Agencies That Provide Services For The Placement Of External Capacity Of Professionals In Scales 10 To 13. This Includes Financial Advisor, Financial Controller, Treasurer, Tax Specialist And Vic Advisor Or Coordinator. Further Description Is Given In The Attached Tender Documents. The Framework Agreements To Be Concluded Each Have An Initial Term Of 2 Years (April 2025 – April 2027). Afterwards, An Optional Extension Is Possible For 2X 1 Year. The Hiring Requirement For This Assignment Is Defined On A Set Of 6 Job Profiles For Professionals From Scale 10 As Included In The Registration Guide. No Temporary Workers Nor Payrolling (Outside Scope).
