The Construction Site Is Located At: Kylmlauoma Camping Center, Pajuluomantie 20, 93540 Tyrövaara Renovation Of The Interiors Of The Five Rental Cabins Connected To The Camping Center, By Renewing The Exterior Doors, Part Of The Windows, Water Pipes, Water Fixtures, Fixed Furniture, Floor Surfaces, Heating Radiators, Air Heat Pumps, Household Appliances, As Well As The Wall, Floor And Ceiling Surfaces Of The Wet Room. The Work Can Be Started On 30.3.2026 And The Construction Works Of The Contract Must Be Completed By 9.6.2026. The Selected Contractor Acts As The Main Contractor And The Main Implementer As Defined By The Legislation. The Contractor Is Subject To The Obligations Referred To In § 1 - § 4 Of The Yse If Nothing Else Is Stated In The Request For Tender Or In The Attached Material. The Builder Requires That The Contractor Has Familiarized Himself With The Construction Site Before Submitting The Offer.
