Background And Purpose Of The Procurement The Object Of The Procurement Is The Renovation Of The Premises Of The Vantaa City Depot (Tuupakankuja 2, 01740 Vantaa). The Goal Is To Update And Improve The Functionality And Modernity Of The Facilities To Meet Current Usage Needs. The Procurement Will Be Implemented As A Total Contract, Which Includes Construction, Electrical And Hvac Work In The Scope Of The Plans Attached To The Tender Request. The Premises Are Wanted To Be Renovated To Be More Functional, More Efficiently Utilized And Appropriate To Support The Citys Operations. Object Of The Procurement The Contract For The Transformation Of The Premises, Which Includes, In The Scope According To The Plans:-Demolition Of Walls And Construction Of New Partitions-Maintenance Painting Of Surfaces-Installation Of New Floors (To Be Installed On Top Of The Existing Ones)-Purchase And Installation Of Fixed Furniture-Lvisa Works The Procurement Does Not Include The Following Works:-Asbestos Removal-Low Ceiling Systems-Removal Of Furniture The Scope And Conditions Of The Contract Are Described In This Request For Tenders And In The Documents Attached To It:- Appendix 1: Draft Contract Contract- Appendix 2: Contract Program- Appendix 3: General Contract Terms Of The Construction Contract Yse 1998- Appendix 4: Tender Form- Appendix 5: Safety Document- Appendix 6: Safety Regulations- Appendix 7: Planning Documents Getting To Know The Construction Site The Customer Requires That The Contractor Has Familiarized Himself With The Construction Site And Its Conditions Before Submitting An Offer.
