The City Of Tornio Tenders For Multifunction And Printing Devices And Their Services In Accordance With This Request For Tenders And Its Appendices. Within The Framework Of The Agreement, New Multifunction And Printing Devices Will Be Ordered For The City Of Tornio, As Well As Their Maintenance Service Contracts And Security Printing Of The Devices. The Devices Will Be Acquired With Leasing Financing Through The Leasing Financing Partner Of The City Of Tornio. It Is Estimated That Approximately 36 Devices Will Be Renewed During The Contract Period. The Quantities Are Distributed As Follows:- 2026: 17 Units- 2027: 0- 2028: 6 Units- 2029: 12 Units- 2030: 1 Unit. The Quantities Are Estimates Based On The Current Equipment Stock. Purchase Quantities May Change During The Contract Period. The Customer Does Not Commit To Estimated Purchase Quantities And Equipment Is Purchased As Needed. An Agreement Will Be Drawn Up For The Procurement For The Period 1 February 2026 - 31 January 2030. It Is A Mixed-Form Agreement That Includes Both Goods And Services. Orders For Multifunction And Printing Devices Can Be Placed During The Validity Period Of The Agreement. Device-Specific Maintenance Service Contracts Can Be Valid For A Maximum Of Six (6) Years From The Date Of Delivery Of The Device. The Person Selected As Supplier Has The Right To Make Product Changes During The Contract Period. Changes To The Purchased Products Must Be Approved By The Customer. In The Case Of Possible Product Changes During The Contract Period, The New Product Must Have At Least As Good Features And No More Than The Same Price As The Original Product. The Multifunctional And Printing Devices Currently In Use In The City Of Tornio Are, As A Rule, Canon Brand Devices. The Procurement Is Subject To The General Contract Terms Of Public Procurement In The Procurement Of Goods, Jyse Tavarat 2025 To The Extent That Nothing Else Is Mentioned In The Tender Documents.
