The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Cover The Need For Such Craftsman Services For Carrying Out Minor Projects - And Maintenance Work In Accordance With The Requirements Specification And This Announcement. The Framework Agreement Shall Be Concluded For A Duration Of 2 Years, With An Option For Holmestrand Municipality To Extend For A Further 1+1 Years, For A Total Of A Maximum Of Four Years. Expected Start Date December 2025 On Use Of The Environmental Criterion, - Procurement Regulations 7-9: It Is The Clients Assessment That The Use Of Implementation Requirements Combined With Award Criteria Clearly Provides The Best Environmental Considerations. Alternatively, The Requirements Could Have Been The Subject Of Evaluation/Award Criteria Where Only Partial Fulfillment Would Be Given A Score And Thereby Could Weaken The Climate And Environmental Achievement. There Is A Requirement For The Use Of 0-Emission Vehicles. Environment Is Weighted 15% As It Appears Under The Award Criteria.
